Tony has several years of experience in the accounting, finance, and operations space. He has worked across several industries including but not limited to IT Services and Consulting, Retail, Aviation, Government Administration, Wealth Management, Financial Services, and Investment Management. Operating as a Migration subject matter expert, Mr. Solano would travel internationally across Asia for J.P. Morgan while successfully training staff and outsourcing processes that would reduce costs and increase efficiency. He has also overseen the operations of numerous clients throughout his career totaling ~$475 billion dollars in value. Tony was promoted five times in six years due to his work-ethic, attention to detail, and implementation of process improvements. Mr. Solano attended Suffolk University with a specialization in accounting and finance.
Clarissa comes from a background of over five years in SaaS implementation and project management experience across a diverse range of industries. She is service-driven and volunteered extensively while attending Boston College. She spent time teaching abroad post graduation. She is passionate about improving efficiencies by embracing change.
